Computers part of the furniture now!!
12th Mar 08Computers have become part and part of our everyday life now.
I use to hear a lot of people say that they would not have a clue how they work but now nearly everyone has one in their home.
I first used computers in a hospital and finally bought one in 1999
they where expensive and when I look back horribly slow.
I use to try and scan pictures and it was just a nightmare and I had to keep updating my computer on a regular basis.
I used both a PC desktop and laptop and had awful bother until finally
I bought a apple IMac G5 and a apple G4 power book lap top.
That was over 4 yrs ago and I must say I have had little bother.
my IMac has been crashing recently and I hope to get it sorted soon.
I have ordered the new Macbook-pro and looking forward to seeing it in action
Saving and keeping your pictures can be a nightmare and I have external hard-drives all over the place - my plan is to transfer them all on to a TB hard-drive.
I have no favorite website's but would use the BBC website everyday and maybe thats why papers are not selling so well today.
I also use a canonpixma printer and a canon flatbed scanner.
